AIM-100® provides a crisp, clear, neutral white light of 3600K combined with an extremely high colour rendering index (CRI) of 97. This provides an unparalleled replication of natural daylight. Each of the 3 multi-facetted reflectors covers the complete field of operation. The overlapping multi-reflector design provides excellent shadow-reduction. The result is a homogenous light even if the light intensity is reduced by obstructions. If a lamp burns out the two remaining lamps will work as backup, making sure the procedure can be completed without interruption.
The AIM-100® Minor Surgery Luminaire is ideal for minor surgery, procedures, and patient examination. It is available in floor stand, wall mount and single or double ceiling models. The effective working distance between luminaire and patient is from 0.6 to 1.0 meters. The removable handle (which also serves as bulb-focus control) is suitable for autoclaving and accepts pre-sterilized covers. Its slim cross-section luminaire is designed for minimal interference with laminar flow ceilings and its solid and durable construction will ensure many years of trouble-free professional lighting.
