The new Elipta 240v wall spotlights can accept fluorescent GU10 spotlamps up to 11w, including the new Dimmerable Megaman lamp, offering a combination of low energy consumption, wide-beam diffuse lighting, long lamp life and dimmability in one compact IP66 package for the first time.The GU10 DIMMERABLE® lamp can change the ambience of a patio area at the flick of a switch, providing dimming of compact fluorescent lamps using a built-in electronic ballast and offering a high performance, linear dimming capability. Dimming is stepless from 10% to 100% with no delay in response to dimming signals from the switch. Lamps can also be switched off at any dimming setting. DIMMERABLE® lamps incorporate Megaman's exclusive, patented INGENIUM Technology, providing a 10,000 hour life, flicker-free operation with stable light output. They are compatible with most electronic dimmers and digital dimmers for incandescent and halogen lamps. CE and SEMKO approved, all Megaman lamps are extremely energy efficient and the DIMMERABLEŽ range achieves even greater savings in energy and running costs when dimmed.
The new fluorescent capability is standard in Elipta's 240v range of wall and spike mount spotlights and downlights available in powder coated aluminium, 316 stainless steel, natural copper, and fine sandblasted brass.
