Launched in 2006, Kometa 300, provided a new concept in lighting for corridors and circulation areas with its dual lighting solution and high, all-round performance. The latest addition to the Kometa family, Kometa 300 RGB, offers the same dual lighting package with a 26w TC-TEL compact fluorescent central downlight, but incorporates an array of 90 LED's: 30 Red, 30 Blue and 30 Green, hidden within the outer diffuser ring.Controlled by DMX, luminaries can be synchronised or independently programmed to provide either static colour effects or to cycle through colour changing sequences. Depending upon general light levels Kometa 300 LED RGB can provide anything from a subtle colour back spill onto the ceiling or at night can completely wash a space with vibrant colour.
A vast array of colours are achievable with Kometa 300 RGB making it ideal for complementing brand colours in the office or retail environment, by providing a method of zoning, or to simply to create an eye catching
display.
With the same 147mm recess as the original Kometa 300 it can be installed in the ceiling like any other downlight and complements both its standard brother and the larger 600 x 600 and 500 x 500 recessed modular versions.
