Clusterlite is the latest introduction from an already extensive range of energy saving lamps from Megaman. The Clusterlite combines all the features of compact fluorescent ie. excellent lumen maintenance and efficacy, high colour rendering index with a mean lumen output that significantly exceeds most metal halide lamps.The lamp is an ideal replacement for mercury and metal halide in the range 150W-400W and unlike HID lamps has instant restrike capability and allows up to 600,000 switching cycles. This feature makes it ideal for security lighting applications with PIR switching.
The lamp made it's debut at last months Frankfurt show and advance orders have already taken up the first four months production. The lamp is expected to be freely available from Megaman in the autumn.
