The new powerLED EOS from TridonicAtco combines all the benefits of the established LED Series with increased efficacy, to provide a brighter and more efficient light source. Taking its name from Eos, the Greek goddess of dawn, this LED sets completely new standards in output and excellent, white light performance. TridonicAtco LED systems utilise patented chip-on-board technology (COB), which guarantees the perfect removal of thermal losses from the LED, resulting in greater luminous efficacy and considerably longer life.The powerLED EOS range incorporates flexible and functional, high-power, high-end products for use in a myriad of applications. The EOS light point P211 has been designed for a variety of uses, including marker lights and emergency lighting, whilst the EOS chain P212 high power LED chain has a protective coating for indoor and outdoor applications. These are perfect for backlighting in advertising and architectural lighting, edge injection for LED-lit signs and shelf/display lighting in retail applications.
Other products in the range include the powerLED EOS module P213, which is ideal for incorporation into functional lighting systems such as reading lights and displays, due to its excellent white light performance. This module also has a protective coating making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
All powerLED EOS products are manufactured in warm white (3,000K), Neutral white (4,200K) and daylight white (6,500K) and for coloured effects in red, amber, blue and green. The range is also available with wide 140° emission and integrated optics for 40° emission.
