The theme of the Megaman stand will be low cost lighting through increased efficiency and longer life. At the heart of the display will be a comprehensive range of compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) designed for direct replacement of incandescent lamps. These include GLS and candle styles as well as tubular/stick lamps, all tested and approved by the Energy Saving Trust.Featuring Megaman's exclusive, patented Ingenium technology, the lamps provide a 15,000 hour life, flicker-free start and enhanced light output. Ingenium lamps use up to 80% less energy than incandescent lamps for the same output and have a luminous efficacy of 7% more than conventional electronic ballast CFLs.
The most popular models will be available for purchase on the stand, while visitors will also be able to see other innovative lamps available from Megaman's extensive, energy saving lamps portfolio. The stand will also feature information about the company's advanced manufacturing facilities and quality assurance procedures.
