Ohio based lamp and control gear manufacturer Venture Lighting has announced that an agreement has been reached to consolidate it's European business with UK based lamp and control gear supplier Narva Lighting Ltd. The new organisation, will be located in the UK in Rickmansworth, Herts.
Venture's UK Sales and Marketing Director, Keith Huxley says, "The new consolidated company will provide our customers with improved levels of service together with a substantial increase in lamp and control gear product offerings".
Venture has also said that the majority of it's Draycott based customer service team have agreed to relocate to Rickmansworth, giving the opportunity to provide it's customers with uninterrupted service from a familiar contact.
Venture's US parent company, Advanced Lighting Technologies Inc. has recently emerged from Chapter 11, bankruptcy after the companies reorganisation plan was approved.
