Lamps & Lighting Ltd have received their first official website order. Keith Mursell of Cornwall visited www.lamps-lighting.co.uk in May to order wall lights for his bathroom. A satisfied and delighted customer then received the delivery along with a congratulatory bottle of champagne.

When asked why he had chosen the Burnley firm's website for his lighting purchase he answered "I researched your company through, 'Home Sources', that had the biggest number of Lighting Companies that I have seen. I went through nearly all of them to find Bathroom wall lights, your company was the only one that had exactly what I wanted"

Lamps & Lighting Ltd have been trading for over 30 years supplying lighting fixtures to both the domestic and trade market. Their newly developed e-commerce website was launched earlier this year after well over 12 months of planning, developing and implementing the site. The result is a feature-rich, fully secure site offering a vast selection of lighting collections, lighting industry news and a section dedicated to explaining technical lighting jargon.

The new website has been created in-house by the company's marketing executive Michelle Kelly with the assistance of website developers Bespoke Internet in Preston. The site remains under the control of the Company and is continually updated with exciting new products from the typically classic to the extremely contemporary.
