Mike Stoane Lighting have designed and manufactured custom light fittings for Norwich Union's flagship contact centre at Bishopbriggs in northern Glasgow. Developed with David Brown Lighting; the fittings supplied by MSL included emergency LED pendants. Unlike the majority of emergency fittings, which are often ugly and at best try to be discrete, these pendants are designed to enhance the space without dominating it. The pendants are manufactured from aluminium and use a 3w LED with remote maintained gear.MSL also supplied vertically suspended 300mm diameter pendants of diffused UV stable polycarbonate. Each pendant contains 4 x 35w HE T5 tamps and integral 1-10v dimmable ballasts to provide plenty of light from an architecturally simple package.
