THE ARC SHOW, Business Design Centre, London (11th February 2008 - 13th February 2008)

ARC Show Exceeds Expectations

Once again exceeding expectations, the recently staged ARC Show 2008 enjoyed a 24% growth in visitor numbers, with a distinctly more international feel. The event also provided a surge in the quality of both the event and the visitors, in addition to a 30% growth in high quality exhibitors. The unanimous verdict of exhibitors was that business is booming!

Just over 3,600 attendees made their way through the doors over the three days of the event. Luxo Lighting, launching its new Ninety task light, was typical: "We have been continuously busy since day one with people queuing to get on the stand!" commented Managing Director John Savory.

"This has been the best show so far, still dynamic and fresh with many new ideas on display", said John Martin, Sales Director with Oldham Lighting, who successfully launched a new range of LED's. "It was great to be in the same room with so many high profile lighting designers" he added. Stewart Langdown, business development manager with TridonicAtco commented, "This show is always good for us but this year it was notable for a significant increase in the quality of visitors."

"It was another fantastic year for The ARC Show in 2008. The show really enhanced its design focus, showcasing innovative new product ranges, beautifully constructed exhibition stands and the success of the eye catching Decorative Lighting Gallery" enthused Tom Lynch, Exhibition Manager.

The ARC Show 2009 – the architectural, commercial and lighting show will take place on 4th-5th February 2009 at Earls Court, 2. More information can be found on www.thearcshow.com
