Ex-Or Limited, international leader in lighting management systems, has appointed a further project sales engineer to handle contracts in London and the South East.The appointment of Jason Humphries follows a significant increase in the number of contracts awarded to Ex-Or for its energy-saving lighting management and control systems in both newbuild and refurbishment projects throughout the region.
Jason has spent more than 18 years in the lighting industry, having started in the Silvertown Lighting division of Whitecroft where he received technical training in lighting design, performance testing and prototyping of luminaires.
He has worked at Ridi Lighting, Trilux and Thorn Lighting in a variety of technical and sales management roles. His move to Ex-Or was preceded by a three year period at Hess Form + Licht, the architectural outdoor lighting manufacturer.
Ex-Or sales director Patrick Kelly said: "Following the publication of the Stern Review into climate change, energy management is rapidly moving up the agenda for organisations in the public and private sectors. This has led to a huge increase in the number of large projects in the South East that we have won."
