Following a partnership agreement with Spittler Lichttechnik GmbH, a German manufacturer of technical interior lighting solutions, DW Windsor has launched its own interior lighting company, called Fusion Lighting.The Spittler product range is targeted at the retail, commercial and office sectors and will be available under the newly-formed Fusion Lighting brand which has exclusive marketing and distribution rights of all Spittler products in the UK.
Managing Director of Fusion Lighting, Terry Dean said, "This is a very exciting opportunity for us, mainly because Spittler and Fusion share common strategic goals and philosophies. This very closely matched thinking and aims make us ideal partners for further development and is of course the perfect basis for a successful business relationship".
Fusion already has nine employees including a sales manager and two project engineers; Neil Partridge formerly with Wila; Barry Wilkes formerly of Zumtobel, and Mark Vowles formerly with Remote Control Lighting.
The Company has also secured exclusive distribution for two other European lighting manufacturers – more details to follow in the near future.
