As part of its continued development programme, Venture Lighting Europe Limited has acquired a new Technical and Distribution Centre at Castle Donington, a prime location for access to all major motorways, rail links and East Midlands airport. The purpose built structure of 22,000 sq ft also houses Venture's European Logistics Office, which is divided into two specific areas; dispatch and storage. The logistics centre main storage and packing areas are fitted with Venture Ventronic electronic ballasts. Each Ventronic in the despatch area are linked by an RS485 interface which is subsequently connected to a computer in the conference room; allowing demonstration of the lighting control in this area.
