Following a several months legal dispute over the use of the name Enphos when associated with LED products, Enphos LED Systems Limited are to change their Company name to Zyphos. The change will become effective on 1st March 2008 after which all documentation, invoices and statements should be addressed to Zyphos LED Systems Ltd.
Speaking about the change, Zyphos Managing Director Kevin Knight said, "Obviously our having to undergo a change of identity will cause some data up-dating issues for our customers and suppliers, and I want to take this opportunity to apologise in advance for any inconvenience it may cause. I would like to thank all our clients for their continued support and to confirm that our Company Registration Number, VAT and Banking details will all remain unchanged and that we will provide a copy of the Official Name change documentation issued by Companies House to any of our clients, should they require it." Continuing, Kevin added, " If there is a plus side to this, it's we've now learned to be a lot more circumspect with our researching and registering of names. Enphos LED Systems Ltd we can now put behind us and we confirm that the company never was associated with or in any way intended to be confused with Enfis plc".
