Patrick Kelly, southern sales manager for Ex-Or Ltd, European leaders in lighting management systems, has been promoted to sales director.He will lead a national and international team of project sales engineers who are working on a large number of refurbishment and new-build projects for blue chip clients within the private and public sectors and a variety of prestigious international projects.
Managing director Neil Jones, who fulfilled the additional role of sales director before Patrick's promotion, said: "We have doubled turnover over the past three years thanks to the increase in the number of projects, ranging up to £200k in value, that we have won."
"Our sales force has grown in both size and in calibre - we now must have the largest sales force in the lighting controls industry, and certainly our project sales engineers have the greatest combined number of years of relevant experience and expertise between them."

Patrick joined Ex-Or four years ago, having held engineering, sales and management roles at several of the UK's leading lighting and lighting controls companies. He lives in Northampton but is now moving to the North West. Ex-Or is now looking to recruit a new member of the sales team to contribute to the southern sales effort.
